By engaging the services of ERC Marketing Digital LTDA (Tax ID/CNPJ: 49.481.522/0001-41), you agree to the terms and conditions established herein. These terms govern the provision of paid traffic management services, digital marketing and online advertising.
ERC Marketing Digital offers the following professional services:
The client agrees to provide all necessary information for proper service execution, including access to advertising platforms, creative materials, product/service information and business objectives.
The client is responsible for direct payment to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) for all paid media investment. ERC Marketing Digital's management fee is charged separately and does not include ad placement costs.
The client guarantees that all products, services and materials provided comply with Brazilian legislation and advertising platform policies.
We commit to executing contracted services professionally, applying market best practices and always seeking result optimization.
We will provide periodic reports on campaign performance and maintain clear communication about strategies, results and recommendations.
All information received from the client will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without prior authorization.
ERC Marketing Digital's compensation will be defined in a specific commercial proposal and may be based on monthly flat fee, percentage of media investment or hybrid model, as agreed between parties.
Payments must be made according to conditions established in the commercial proposal. Delays exceeding 15 days may result in temporary service suspension.
Digital marketing services involve multiple variables beyond ERC Marketing Digital's direct control, including audience behavior, competition, seasonality and platform algorithm changes.
While specific results cannot be guaranteed, we commit to applying market best practices and working continuously to optimize campaign performance.
Service duration will be established in the commercial proposal and may be automatically renewed or through new agreement between parties.
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. In case of termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered until the termination date.
All materials, strategies and knowledge developed by ERC Marketing Digital remain as the company's intellectual property. Data and information provided by the client remain their property.
ERC Marketing Digital is not responsible for:
All services are executed in strict compliance with advertising platform policies and guidelines, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other approved networks.
When applicable, campaign management services for affiliate products are performed through authorized platforms (such as ClickBank, Hotmart, Monetizze) and in full compliance with these platforms' terms of service.
ERC Marketing Digital reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Active clients will be notified of significant changes with at least 15 days' notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The jurisdiction of Florianópolis/SC, Brazil is elected to resolve any controversies arising from these terms.
